Evans, Evans & Hoffman L.L.P. (and its predecessor firms, Allen &
Evans, Robert E. Evans, Jr., and Evans & Evans) have practiced law in
Central Ohio for over 52 years. Our current attorneys have practiced

Jeff Evans has practiced law in Central Ohio since 1981. Jeff has a wealth of experience
representing individuals and small businesses in all aspects of real estate, estate planning,
business, business succession planning and elder law.

Scott Hoffman practiced law with a large law firm in New York and Washington, D.C.
before joining the firm in 1996. He has represented financial institutions, Fortune 500
companies, governments, small businesses and individuals in a variety of U.S. and
international legal matters. He has written extensively about business law and project
finance.
