Since 1985, Scott Hoffman has represented a diverse list of clients in limited
recourse project finance transactions throughout the United States and
internationally. He has closed numerous project financings for infrastructure
projects across the globe. In these financings he has represented the full
spectrum of project participants, including debt providers, advisors,
sponsors, project joint ventures, contractors and operators. He provides
consulting services for project financings and has been an expert witness for
project finance litigation and arbitrations.
His book, The Law and Business of International Project Finance, is now in
its third edition.
